The sledge, now full of grain is ready to be pulled by the two ox. The sledge is made with rows of straight sticks bound together, with thicker ones acting as support. At the bottom of the sledge are two large ski-like logs, which act as a smooth surface to reduce friction. [FG 03/07/2025]
