Description
A clay sculpture of a seated Janus figure in a side gallery of an Mbari house. The figure is of a male. Both faces have a beard and a pipe. On the top of the head is a 'stool'. The figure is holding open hands upwards with palms facing outwards. The figure also has a face on its torso. The figure is seated on a a circular sitting block, next to one of the pillars of the house. [Description from record P.762009.GIJ, PB 09/05/2024]
