Description
A tableau of clay sculptures in an Mbari house, representing a woman giving birth. The baby's head can seen emerging. The woman is holding onto another woman, decorated with uli patterns, who is sitting behind her, while another woman sits in front helping with the baby. The figures are seated on a low wall leading to a buttress. [PB 14/03/2024]
