Description

A portrait of a woman holding a thatched sunshade hat, which has a wide diameter. The sunshade is standing on the ground in front of her and comes up to her shoulders. It is made of woven raffia with a central dome of material held in place by a ring of cane, to go on the head. The woman is wearing a headcloth with a headband. [PB 15/09/2023]
