Description
Obugulu Mau masquerade. Several characters in 'mother' and 'daughter' costumes dancing in line. Each of the characters is wearing a white and black painted face mask adorned with an elaborate headdress covered in tassels and cloth with streamers or ribbons. They are wearing the harlequin-like, appiqued costumes with pointed breasts; their hands and feet are covered with cloth. [PB 14/09/2023]
