Description
A portrait of three masquerade dancers. The masquerader to the left is wearing a full length costume of raffia with a wooden face mask. The masquerader in the centre is wearing woven trousers, tunic and waist band. He has a bead waistband, an animal hide breastplate, and a hood of woven cloth adorned with mirrors. The masquerader on the right is wearing woven trousers, a tunic covered in wood platelets, and a mask and headdress constructed of tiers of wooden platelets. [PB 13/07/23]
