Description

A dancer in the Ekeleke masquerade, dancing in front of a crowd of spectators. He is dancing on stilts, moving from right to left. He is wearing a small double-headed Janus helmet mask. He has a cloth printed with polkadot pattern over his head, a short-sleeved shirt with horizontal stripes and a wrappers with a chequered pattern. The spectators are standing behind a horizontal fence rail. In front of the rail are several seats with cloths draped over them. To the right a child is standing, wearing a shirt and shorts. There are two men sitting behind him, one with a pith helmet. [PB 16/02/2023]
