Description

A group of five men standing in shallow water. Four of the men, one of whom is probably East or Southeast Asian, are carrying a wrapped bundle suspended by ropes between two sticks. Another man is standing behind them and a boat is moored beside them. They are probably carrying the shells to sorting houses as part of the pearling industry in Broome, Western Australia.
