Description

Crowds of men, women, and children at the Good Friday Procession of the Mysteries in Trapani. There are confraternity members and a marching band parading through the crowd. The confraternity members are identified by their clothing: a red robe tied at the waist by a string, and a white pointed hood that covers their face and shoulders. They are carrying large wooden sticks. The members of the band are wearing white wigs. [IJ 28/02/2023]
