Description

Full-length view of a painted boat in Catania. The gunwale is decorated with geometric motifs all along, as is the extended stem. The keel is painted black. There is a painted white stripe along the boat, onto which are painted more patterns and decorations, along with the motto 'God is great and for all'. The boat is in a row of similar boats on the beach, and in the background, there is the sea and a harbour. [IJ 10/01/2023]
