"A well to do chiefs principal granary, partially collapsed owing to heavy rain. This granary, symbolical of its owners wealth, it has about twice the girth of the average mains principal granary as in about 2 feet height. Compare the women standing beside it who is of average height for a TalaĆa, i.e. from between 5 foot and 5 foot 6 inches." [Fortes' annotation]
