Description

On Strathern's listing: First view of Num Kundi or Num Kuntr (‘red lake’), looking northwest to the Wabag hills. The ‘red lake’ was said to be the dangerous abode of a mountain spirit. There was also a ‘black lake’ that held no such dangers.
