Description
West Sunid (tape): Two Khal Kha women (a) one of same; at Sunid wrestling (tape); It's time, a lama has no business with a wife, it's against his vows in the first place, but a girl, that's different, two khalkha girls of a wealthy living buddha, the filagree work on the spikes of their hats is of gold and silver.
On Catalogue Card for duplicate print P.5762.ACH1: Kept-girls of a high lama from Outer Mongolia. Note that although splendidly dressed, hair is not done in married woman style. Costumes of Chinese silk but sewn and decorated by Mongols. Filigree work of spires on hats is of gold and silver.
