Studio portrait of Kudajarnd (Cootajandra), a Workii man from Georgina River sitting side on to the camera. Kudajarnd was a performer in the 'Wild Australia' show. Place: The Place field was previously recorded as being "Oceania Australasia; Australia, Central Australia", and although the image is annotated as 'Jervis Bay', Michael Aird has identified the man as one of the Wild Australia troupe members from Georgina River. Group: ALthough the Catalogue Card is annotated with 'Tewitt, Jervis Bay', the image is inscribed with 'Cootajandra Warrior of Workii Tribe', and this is consistent with duplicate copies held in other institutes. Workii has entered as the Cultural Group. [JD 25/10/2018]
