Description

On Catalogue Card of P.5544.ACH1: "Igorot dog-feast (Photograph)."

Two Igorot men butchering a dog in the grounds of the Alaska-Yukon Exposition. The man in the foreground wears a woven rattan cap and loincloth. The other man, holding the dog, is wearing gold neck ornaments. In the background are spears? resting on the side of the hut with a thatched roof. The European man and woman in western clothes could be visitors to the Alaska-Yukon Exposition.
