Description
A camakau outrigger sailing canoe moored on the coast of Macuata, northern Vanualevu. The cama or outrigger is towards the camera, the kata or hull behind it. Although small, the canoe is equipped with a small deckhouse, but the thatch or alternatively its matting cover has been removed. Good profile view of a horned domodomo, or masthead.
