“Cannibal Forks. Used only for human flesh. All carved without any metal tool.”
The first fork is annotated as belonging to Baron von Hugel, and the second, third, and fourth fork as belonging to Constance Gordon Cumming.
The fifth fork is noted as being “16 inches in length.” The sixth fork from left is annotated as being a “cannibal fork common in the mountains of Viti Levu.” [Gordon Cumming’s annotation, JD 6/1/2012]
