These are the Panchen lama’s (otherwise known as Tashi Lama) agents who were negotiating his return from China to Tibet with the Dalai Lama and his government. In the record of these negotiations in MPOW, there is no mention, however, of a visit by these officials in the month of March, 1934.” [printed text]
