Ringang, Changlochen, Surkhang-se, Kunphela, Bahadur Norbhu Dhondup and Yutok all wear the characteristic long broad-cloth robes held in with a sash at the waist and tucked under the right arm. Ringang, Changlochen, and Surkhang-se, like all officials, wear the long turquoise and gold earring in the left ear.
Ringang and Changlochen wear their hair parted in the middle and arranged in two plaits brought up to the crown of the head and tied in a double top-knot with a red ribbon in the aristocratic style.
Yuthok wears the officers uniform of his regiment at Trapchi.
On the roof behind the group is a large gold conical roof decoration, and behind that a cloth victory banner adorned with a flaming trident can be seen.

Transcription: The transcription of this album by Mark Turin and Sara Shneiderman was carried out with reference to Krystina Cech’s catalogue list alone. Alex Nadin has since revised their cataloguing by systematically matching their records to the images. Margaret Williamson’s handwritten captions for photographs have now been transcribed into the Inscription field, and Cech’s descriptions appear in the Description field.
