Mamen’s description: “Fire-grate trader at Ganjur fair”.

It is called tulga in Mongolian that had been used popularly among all the Mongols before the iron stoves with pipes spread from the Shinehen Buryats who brought them from Russia. The trader obviously is a Chinese. This is an example again of that Chinese usually made the things they never use. [U. Borjigin, 24/6/2002]
