Description

On Catalogue Card for duplicate print P.5891.ACH1: Reindeer Tungus, N. W. Manchuria.
Young boy of 16, already an opium addict, = Jinguy, brother’s son of chief. Imin R. 22.3.32

Mamen’s description: “Jingfu (Khobusa’s son) with his pony”.
He is wearing Mongolian Type of long garments and a sleeveless jacket with design over it. He is also wearing a cartridge belt and there can be a pistol since there is the band and tassel seen. His hat is made of felt which is a very popular type both with or without the ear flaps in all over the Barga region in Lindgren’s photos. When they are not needed, the flaps would be folded inward.
