“Panchen Bogdo’s departure from Hailar, soldiers around the tent.”
“The Tashi Lama, his retinue and Tibetan bodyguard leave for Inner Mongolia by motor car. They are escorted by Barga cavalry to a pavilion outside Hailar, where the officials have gathered to say farewell.” On the flag it is written : “Hu lun bei er fu du tong qi bing (Hulun Buir deputy general governors’ cavalry).”
