Description
Mamen’s description: “Somisan and other Solons are mounted”.
There is little boy in front of Somisan on the horse. The one in the left is also a young boy. The one in the left is said to be a Halha woman’s son in the context photos. The landscape shows the typical topography of Hulun Buir which is a band of sand dunes where bushes and some kinds of trees grow and a band of grassland where always are some lakes and springs. In this photo there are some pine trees which is of rare species found here. Jaro. [U. Borjigin 28/5/2002]
