On Catalogue Card for duplicate print P.304.ACH1: “Tombs at the Darling ? river ?.”

Three Aboriginal burial tombs on a hill top near the Darling River. The tombs are constructed from packed earth as circular mounds with straight tapered sides, and topped with branches. Each mound is encircled by a ditch. In the background is bush land with the Upper Darling River? passing through it. [JD 23/8/2007] [WV 23/4/2009]
