2. Uxurhe Staffs The ancestral staffs are an Edo or Bini institution (vide Bradbury “The Benin Kingdom”, Ethnographic Survey, Westen African, Part XIII, Page 54) I photographed them in an Ika Igbo division - namely Asaba. But they were said to come from Ishan Edo. (18th image).
