A group of men, in uniform, mainly of khaki coloured shorts and shirts, awaiting the arrival of the European man who may be the Administrator of Sepik provinces during the Australian colonial administration. Some police men are in view as well as a crowd of children [Andrew Moutu 25/02/04]
