Description

A house built on very high stilts in one of the abandoned hamlets or villages in the Imonda area, West Sepik (Sandaun) Province. Creeping plants have crawled into the house and pawpaw trees have grown into the height of the house as well. The photographer’s fingers are obscuring the far right of the image [Andrew Moutu 24/02/04].
