Description

A view of Vanimo beach taken from Vanimo Hotel. Orchid plants have been fastened and encouraged to grow around the coconut tree in front of the Hotel [Andrew Moutu 20/02/04]

A single-outrigger canoe has been pulled up on the beach on the right, and two western-style rowing boats lie on the beach to the left. A green pick-up truck is moving slowly along the road, past three men in western clothes. [Mark Elliott 09/03/04]
