Description

A local man handling what appears to be like a washing machine outside the house of the missionaries of the Summer Institute of Linguistics at the Government station in Ambunti. This is probably where the three Europeans have arrived after travelling down to Sio, Yereno, Swagup and Yessan villages. They may now be waiting for a canoe to travel down to Pagwi to catch a vehicle to get into Wewak or for a plane that might come into the airstrip at Ambunti station. [Andrew Moutu 20/02/04]
