Description
An older woman and child finishing off large pots and bowls by polishing the interior of the pots before the firing process. The pots are placed on the ground, with three of the thirteen larger pots are supported by grass rings. In the background is a group of villages standing next to a lattice and cob wall and thatched roof hut.
The scene appears to have been posed by the photographer as all are looking directly at the camera.
