P.49940.ACH2. to P.50013.ACH2. were found in envelope now marked C210/6/. This was found in another envelope now marked C210/ which came from the wooden drawer 1.

Place: The Place field was previously recorded as being "Africa; North East Africa; Sudan; ?Moro", but Umm Dorein is a dialect of Moro, a Sudanese cultrual group from Kordofan Province. The Place field has been amended accordingly. [JD 5/6/2009]

Date: The photograph is part of a series of images probably taken in the 1930s based on the European womens dress and hair styles in images P.49964.ACH2 and P.49979.ACH2. [JD 10/6/2009]
