This drawing was found in envelope now marked C204/1/. This envelope was found in another envelope now marked C204/ which came from the wooden drawer 1.
Place: Formosa is now known as Taiwan, and a territory of the Republic of China. Japan had annexed Taiwan in 1895, but at the end of World War II, in 1945 Japan agreed to give up sovereignty over Taiwan to China. [JD 29/10/2009]
