“Coconut fiber woven armour. The front piece attached with handle-like delicate supporters to the dorsal (back) piece. The former decorated with three parallel black designs, namely central one. Side two. Latter one has the same designs as former, but they were linked with the front piece with marline stripes. Both borders are laced with black spotted designs. Front piece: 19" high. There were 21 assorted packets of photographs which were numbered alphabetically from (a) to (u), and considered as batch 132. This batch has been now numbered C154/ and the alphabet series re-numbered from 1 to 21.
The envelope which was consigned as batch 132 (u) is now re-numbered C154/21/. It contained photographs of ethnological objects from the Pacific which are in the Peabody Museum at Salem (USA). The prints are numbered from P.47115. to P.47191.
