Description
An Ankole prince, wearing a dark robe, sitting outside a ‘typical’ Ankole hut, "consisting of a framework of sticks, with a few stouter branches or saplings, the whole being covered with a rough layer of grass” (Roscoe 1907, p. 116). To the left, another Bahima? man wears a kanzu (white tunic).
