This negative was kept in a film storage album labelled “IBIBIO & OKWU WALL” by G. I. Jones, and numbered “C12/” by the cataloguer.

The mask in this photograph was donated to the Pitt Rivers Museum by G. I. Jones in 1938, (Pitt Rivers Museum accession number 1938.15.32). It was collected by Jones in 1937.
