On Catalogue Card: “3 Young negro in vertical attitude of upright position corresponding to a slightly pronounced lumbar curve. The direction of the femur and tibia is that which I attribute to quatenary , man.
“4. Young bushman in the attitude corresponding to a more pronounced lumbar curve, the femur is slightly inclined in front and forms with the tibia and open angle anteriorly.”
