On Catalogue Card: Drying cassava bread.

This is the drying of the peeled and soaked cassava root, probably for the making of the fufu form of cassava bread. Fufu is made using cassava flour mixed with hot? water to make a thick dough, which is normally eaten with soup. [Information provided by the Great Lakes Initiative project team, JD 30/7/2016]
