Description
On Catalogue Card: Making cassava bread. Ebonga.
The woman is using a pestle and flat mortar to mash boiled and peeled cassava root in order to make cassava bread. Based on the shape of the mortar, the cassava root has not been dried and therefore the cassava bread would be in the form of kwanga.
