Description

On Catalogue Card: “‘Isau mani’, Mer.” [typed text]
“effigy - charm to control enemies” [manuscript in pencil].

Two roughly made figures, one male, one female with small grass skirts, shells for eyes, attached ears and definition of hair line, nose, mouth and sexual organs. These have been placed on a reflective surface, against a white background for photography. A label is attached to the table. [Jude Philp 1/6/1999]
