Description
On Catalogue Card: “Decorated human jaw worn during the Malu ceremonies.”
Board onto which is hung an ornament consisting of half a human jaw-bone with teeth hanging down from which is a large quantity of strands strung with coix seeds. The whole is suspended by a thick plaited fibre cord. [Jude Philp 26/5/1999]
