On Catalogue Card: “Pigeon men (Malu), Las.”

Six men ‘jogging’ in a line. They are wearing calico (wrap around cloth); in their mouths they are holding a feathered ornament, and wear a crescent of feathers in their hair. To one side is a long fence of bamboo, behind them a grassy hill. [Jude Philp 25/5/1999]
