Description
Arrow. Point made of bone, bound to the foreshaft with plant fibre and covered in dark red gum or resin. Foreshaft made of wood, carved and painted with black, white and red pigments. Foreshaft is inserted in a shaft of bamboo, lashed with plant fibre. Shaft has two black stripes running along the length. All nodes have been smoothed. Butt is carved with a nock and lashed with twisted plant fibre cords.
