Description

Arrow. Point made of bone, bound to the foreshaft with plant fibre and covered in dark red gum or resin. Foreshaft made of wood, one part stripped and left raw, the other carved and painted with black, white and red pigments. Foreshaft is inserted in a shaft of bamboo, lashed with plant fibre. Plain shaft. All nodes have been smoothed. Butt is carved with a nock.
