Description (Physical description)
Engravings in resin on plywood boards
The twins (2025) Based on a petroglyph now in the Te Fare Iamanaha, Tahiti. The twins from Tipaerui
Patu Toki (2025) Marquesan tattoo design also engraved on an umete (ceremonial bowl), which was used simply as a container/bowl in Tahe’s adopted grandmother’s house (Matira Aginieray). He says of the trial techniques used to create these boards that ‘it looks like bone on a flat surface.’
