Description (Physical description)
Cylinder of moulded and baked clay. Cylindrical with irregular triangular cross-section; surface is textured with basketry impressions and several impressions of plant fibres; orange fabric with brown to black surface.

The Phoebe A. Hearst Museum of Anthropology online catalogue entry for this object (1-59454.3) gives the location name as 'Galt-Lodi, San Joaquin County'. The Place field has therefore been updated from simply 'Galt' and also including Sacramento County to reflect the information in the Hearst Museum catalogue.
