String of eleven tubular copper beads, formed from rolled sheet metal, Strung onto twine, possibly original. Two pairs of beads appear to have fused together, possibly from corrosion.

Two handwritten notes found with object, referring to 1954.325-334, first reads 'Part of a post-Columbian assemblage from near the mouth of the Yakima River, Washington.'
Second note reads 'From siit bank at mouth of Yakima River 6 ft below the surface between two different deposits of silk. Occupation occurred during the interval between the two deposits. There is sufficient of the silt on the pieces for exam.' with a drawing on the other side of the note, possibly of the find site.
