Description for 1923.1617[.1-2]: 'Two fragments of variegated glass probably from Alexandria of the Roman Period. One is a piece of moulded, possibly lace-glass. A colourless rod with yellow twists is combined with coloured rods to produce a multi-coloured fragment. Colours include yellow, burgundy, green, blue and white.'
