Description for 1937.731 A-I: 'Sandals made on frame, centre woven one way. Made of fibrous plants, probably Maguey.'

Description (Physical description)
Fragment of sandal woven of wide fibres made with a frame and centre woven using a v-weft plaited weave. Dark brown in colour. Outer layer of fibres on sole is slightly worn, exposing their fibrous interior in places. Side straps and possibly toe loop are present. Heel and toe of sandal are detached and absent.
