Description
Five sherds of Kwakina Polychrome ware, including four rims. One of which is reconstructed; two of which can be refitted. Red or red-orange slips on exterior with decoration in black glaze and/or painted in white. Red slip also on interior of rim, where present. Internal white slip beneath this with geometric decoration in black or green-black glaze. One body sherd also features some red in internal decoration. Evidence of burnishing.

When the Kechib:wa collection was packed for storage in c. 1986 the pottery was assessed by museum staff and boxed according to type. These sherds were packed with Kwakina Polychrome material, which has been added to the Description field.
