Description (Physical description)
Turned wooden object, possibly a cotton reel, with wooden ring or winder. Central, cylindrical stem with circular perforation in side and horizontal incised line; flanged top and bottom. Tapering top section decorated with incised lines; central perforation running vertically part way through stem. Flat, wooden ring around central stem.
